Would not recommend
I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The main reason I booked here was for the indoor pool to help with my osteoarthritis after a long trip. When we arrived, we found out the pool was closed until further notice. That alone was frustrating since the pool was a deciding factor in choosing this property.
We had even called the day before check-in to ask if we could arrive a day early. We were told it would not be a problem, but when we got there, staff had no record of it and no clue we were coming. The one positive was that the front desk lady made up for it by giving us our room at no extra charge for that night — the only good part of our stay.
On top of that, the TV setup was unnecessarily complicated, requiring two remotes, and it constantly froze, making it impossible to even view the guide. The housekeeper disrupted our rest several times by loudly laughing and screaming in the hallway during the day. At one point, I was so alarmed by the noise that I thought someone might be hurt and felt the need to get up and check. This was extremely inconsiderate, especially since we were trying to nap due to pain and exhaustion from traveling.
The breakfast buffet, which supposedly starts at 6am, was nearly picked over by 7am. What little was left was stale and of poor quality, so we ended up eating elsewhere.
