I am not one to complain, in fact I try to always appreciate the positive in places but this one was not good. First the shuttle only works very limited hours so is useless if you have a flight basically anytime other then rush hour. Second, not anywhere near new airport (not their fault but not 2.4 KM or anything like it. Stains all over the rug, no working pool, no bar or restaurant until around 6. Two cups, two towels for a room for three. No working icemachines on any floor of hotel. Fingerprints on the ceiling, beaten up dressers. Not to standard of M hotels that's for sure. Late wake up call (didn't matter, couldn't trust hotel at this point). Drywall coming off ceiling in bathroom, no working exhaust fan in bathroom. Kinda went on and on. Sad because the staff seems to try. Lots of better choices.

Short staffed, our room was not prepared for 2 guests. Good location for the new international airport but far from the domestic one.

I booked two beds specifically online and I got one king bed instead. It was late and my dad and I were tired so we didn't go back to straighten thing out. My question is was the hotel able to see what I booked? Or, because we have same last name, they assumed we were couple and changed to one king bed?

Guy on front desk was excellent. Queue for the lifts was enormous due to arriving just after a coach trip. Room was ok, if not a little tired. Breakfast was shambolic. Too many people, no free tables, the ones that were free weren't cleaned. I ate my cereal standing up, the coffee had ran out, I asked a staff member for some and she just shrugged and walked off. Disgusting service from Radisson. Would not stop here again for free especially when there are so many other hotels to choose from in the local area.
