This hotel is a fraud! I prepaid everything in Expedia for 4 guests. Once arrived, they claimed they did not receive any confirmation of payment from Expedia and forced us to pay again on the site. After arguing for hours, we finally through Expedia cancelled the reservations and booked other hotel. Please, Expedia, remove them from the list of the vendors!!!!!

A nightmare hotel to avoid at all costs
Horrific!
Reception did not recognize/receive/accept the hotels.com pre-paid reservation - had to pay again at the hotel and now fighting to get the refund. Dirty and not well maintained. Shower had no curtain (but did have curtain rings). Room curtains did not extend enough to cover the windows - some light would always get in. Bathroom door had a frosted glass pane through which light shone from a light that could not be shut off. Posted breakfast hours were not respected. Most staff responded with stunned looks when asked the simplest thing. None of this could be anticipated from the listing on hotels.com.
If this was a super cheap hotel, then the conditions might be understandable, but this one was in the range of ~$100 USD per night!
This hotel should be delisted and should not appear as choice when searching for a hotel.
Travelers be warned!

J'ai payé un séjour dans 1Hotel fermé depuis Covid
C'est une arnaque de la part de Hôtels.com.
J'ai réservé et payé via l'application un séjour dans l'hôtel Eda Oba de Lomé qui est fermé depuis le Covid.
La confirmation de la réservation reçue était une vrai arnaque.
J'ai porté plaine et demande donc un remboursement de mes frais de réservation.
