The gentleman who checked us in/out was courteous and efficient. But the room, including the beds, had ants everywhere. We were offered another room, but chose to go to another hotel. The gentleman advised on how we got our refund, since we used a third party (hotels.com) to book. Refund was quick.
Can’t give the hotel a good review because of the ants…but the gentleman was helpful and kind.
