Hotel location is away 800 metres from Mall Road and staff behaviour was polite. Service was good and room size was good and Cleanness and daily house keeping service were best. When I’ve booked room after some I’ve called and ask about booking status, he confirm and ask about early check - in he said if room will available then provide you and without any extra charges but this information was wrong, Hotel has taken 1000.00 rupees for early check in. Check in time was 12.00 o’clock but I’ve reached on 9.15 o’clock.

According to our stay its best resort in this area . If i am taking about the location its best location in whole Manali just 800 meters main center point Mall Road with very good view from the room. Rooms are really very good wirh all facilties and balcony is just add on.
