Unprofessional and misleading
Impossible to find , was dropped off near by because the taxi couldn’t find our apartment had to get another taxi and he couldn’t it , the address that was given to by you was not the same as the name above the apartment and that’s why nobody could find it so frustrating and costing us over 100 euro just to find it …. When we found it the chap that was waiting to give us the key was so rude and not even apologetic towards us Im in fact he keep repeating “you don’t want to stay “ we never said that , but he was so unprofessional in fact if we hadn’t of paid we would of gone somewhere else . Also you should inform who ever stays there they need a taxi to get to the town … another question where’s the sea view ?? Rubbish had to be taken to the town never had this before …? My friends told me they would never use hotels .com again 🤔
