Non existent service , 48hr advance book only
This was seen as a last minute deal on hotels.com; the issue with Expedia owned companies is NONE of them mention or show there’s a 48 hr window due to new regulations , so last minute bookings are non existent the company can deny entry if under this window and hotels.Com gets your $
I saw this last minute booking and was four blocks - office closed at 7
I arrived at 630 there was no office and nobody answered the phone until after 7 despite 7 calls before 1900z.. only to tell me don’t call after 1900 .. horrible experience hotels .com was no help in end - they decided it was my fault for last minute booking when they advertised it - all I can speak to is the poor customer service of the hotel
As there was none and apparently remote only customer service no keys no passes all video controlled
