The check in was easy, however the next morning is when the stay went south. With knocks on our door with someone checking into our room at 9 am ( we just checked in the afternoon before for our 3 night stay), after that we had another knock on the door. This time it was a worker, when I answered, they walked away. Still have no idea why they were there. Upon now being awake, i looked at my phone and noticed i had unapproved charges on my account. Went to the desk, they told me that i checked out and the charge was for a new stay that i had. After getting that fixed, 2 days after checking out i see yet another charge that i need to now fix. I would like a call from management of the hotel.
