Poor service and hotel
After checking in and going to our room we realized we had been sent to an unmade room.
We went back to the lobby and asked for another room- we were given a room with 2 small beds when I had booked and paid for a king room. We are both tall so this was a recipe for a bad nights sleep.
I asked if there was any other room available but was told not. I also asked if a room in a quieter location was available but again was told no.
We were woken up early by all the guests and noisy children going to get breakfast. The room (113) was on a ridiculously noisy corridor. I expressed my concern about this ahead of time to the lady at check in but she couldn’t care less.
Really poorly thought out for an airport hotel. The last thing you want arriving at 1:30am after a day of travel is a poor nights sleep in a small bed.
