We are a three-people family including four-year-old daughter and really enjoyed five nights stay there!!
We could easily access to this hotel by public transportation from Bangkok. In the outbound journey, we took a big bus from a Southern Bus Terminal (Sai Tai Mai). At the Cha-am bus terminal, there were neither taxi nor tuktuk (only bike taxies there), so we called the hotel to pick us up. The shuttle service was charged just 300 Baht. On the other hand, we took a mini bus (rot-tua) in the return journey. We recommend you to take a mini bus because the bus bounds to Victory Monument, which is much closer to the city centre than Southern bus terminal. Please note that some say huge suit cases are not allowed on a mini bus, even though we could bring huge luggage this time.
This luxury hotel provides us with free mini bar and complimentary shuttle service to Hua-hin city centre (twice a day) and Cha-am night market (once a week). So we could go out easily and enjoyed sightseeing, shopping etc.
In addition, hotel staffs were so kind and friendly people! They made my daughter happy, who can't understand either English or Thai language!! Great!!
