We were called Thursday so see if we couod change our room due to not having enough of that type. No biggie. When we arrived Friday we called down and asked for a couple extra blankets and pillows. They daid they'd have to call the manger. Odd, but we got what we needed. Saturday my family went down to breakfast, I went to meet them and couldn't find them. They were stuck in the elevator. Luckiky my husband took his phone as the emergency call button didn't work, no front desk line, so he called the 800 number/reservations and they transferred him. The gal had no sense
of urgency and told him, yeah, thats been happening and when he said he'd talk to the manager about it, she said, oh he knows. Do better.
