Did not get to stay. There was no availability! Worse part is that I drove 2 1/2 hours from San Juan to Aguadilla to get to the Jobos Luxury Hotel, which is not your traditional hotel but instead a 2-story building with a few apartments. Note there is no “Checkin” desk. I had to search for a phone number (not easy to find) to be told no availability even though I had an itinerary number! The person said they didn’t see it at first, then said it’s Hotel.com who did not send it?? This was a horrible experience for me, my husband who had a knee replaced And had to endure all the hours in the car and my 2 family members. After speaking with someone named “Chris”, I got snap shots of what they call the Cancelation, however it says it’s cancelled due to “customer satisfaction”. That is not true, it’s because there was no availability! I should be refunded the entire amount plus extra for having to drive back to SJ to stay.
