Overall experience was suitable for our needs. However, there was an issue with the deposit for our stay. The hotel was supposed to charge 100 deposit, then reinstate the funds accordingly. The hotel ended up charging 106.88. And only returning 100. They are claiming Hotels.com is under the Expedia umbrella, and they tend to not include the appropriate resort fees. They did manage to return the funds, after my wife argued over the phone. I am only bringing this to everyone's attention, because 6 dollars times whomever else stayed, adds up to a good amount of money. This should be looked into.
