The room was filthy and the comforter had a blood stain on it. The room smelled, and the bathroom looked like it was not cleaned in months. The condition of this hotel was less than poor.

They charged 2 different cards the $660 stay x3 times. Over $2000+ for a 660 stay. Blood on pillows, AC didnt work, no towels, just awful. Manager Karen was the worse and we left on day 2 for a different hotel

This was an absolute horror show of a hotel. We had multiple rooms that had bed bugs in them. We had one room where the roof was leaking. The beds were not comfortable, the water pressure was nonexistent. STAY AWAY

Good but not great

The breakfast was good, the check in was good, the main areas of the hotel were okay, our room had some major carpet and bed stains, looked like blood but I don’t know for sure, the worst part was the cleaning staff. Not only did they barge in the room immediately after knocking without waiting but they banged on the door 3 separate times an hour before checkout. I felt it was very rude and gave a “get out now” statement.

Called ahead for an early check in. Was told yes, arrive at the hotel to a rude receptionist for being early. Not enough towels or linens for the pull out sofa. Called down for them, they never arrived. Returning to the room after our event that evening we had to go back to reception to pick up our own towels and linens. Hot tub heat was off on our second day and water was dirty.

Overview of my stay

Just one day stay, my wife was impressed with the cleanliness of the room but complained about the slight odor of new construction or remodeling of the suite. Very quiet at night. Complementary breakfast included. On the maintenance site found couple missing light bulbs, a shower handle loose, and a shower head which wouldn’t stay up high and kept sliding down while showering, anointing but not deal breaker in my book. Those issues were given to the front desk and hopefully taking care of.

Avoid!

The first room I was checked into was not cleaned, didn’t have pillows on the bed, and the faucet wouldn’t turn off. I requested a room change and the second room had blood stains all over the floor and a drunk person slammed into my door. They refused a refund so I could leave and therefore I had to pay for two hotels, because I felt disgusted and uncomfortable and absolutely did not save there. I stayed twice as far from the airport in a much better and more affordable hotel to sleep in a clean bed. Unreal that this was $200 for a night.

The hotel overall was just ok. Definitely needs to be updated. The room smelled like mold. No amount of room spray could fix it. The mattress on the bed was hard and uncomfortable. There is no full size mirror in the rooms which isn’t good if you need to look at your whole outfit. Definitely will be my first and last time staying at this hotel.

hotel is near the airport and is a cheap option. However, this means that the clientele leaves a bit to be desired. Lots of people hanging out in/near the parking lot, which makes this place feel a bit sketchy. Elevator is incredibly slow. Room smelled a bit musty and carpeting was wet near the A/C.

Would not recommend

The first room we were given was so unacceptable that they had to change us to another room. Insects, mold in bathrooms, door hinges so rusted they wouldn’t close. Smell of smoke. The second room wasn’t much better with 3/4 of those things. I feel the place was very falsely advertised. The day staff was doing the best with what they are given but it was just a terrible experience overall.

Stay far away !!!

Go somewhere else !!! Close to rays/Bucs stadiums but this place is nasty. Put us in a room 1st with mold/mildew they were deep cleaning carpet chemicals smell was overwhelming (along with the reeking of weed smell in other places) it was almost midnight when we got there and was to tired to go anywhere else they put us in another room but we didn’t sleep well. Sheets were clean but the room was filthy.
