God modtagelse fra personalet. Værelset var lidt lille men fint og hyggeligt og godt til prisen. God beliggenhed lige ved siden af sporvognen. Ca 2 km til centrum, men en smuk gåtur langs de smukke kanaler, så vi brugte næsten ikke sporvognen. Sødt og meget hjælpsom personale. Ville bruge stedet igen.

This hotel benefits from a great location and a pleasant neighborhood, and the lounge area is genuinely inviting. However, the rooms themselves could use significant improvement. They are quite small and feel outdated, with a very compact bathroom and an overly soft, uncomfortable bed. The lighting is dim to the point that it's difficult to see clearly inside the room. Additionally, the lift is extremely small-just enough space for one person and a bag. With some thoughtful updates, this property has the potential to be much more comfortable.

Nous n'avons pas pris les petits dej. Hotel sympa deco jolie et stylée . Par contre manque rangement dans sdb, une lampe chevet qui ne fonctionnait pas... Micro Assenceur pour 1 pers jusqu'au 2eme et acces au 3eme par escalier . Hotel idealement situé proche transport et proche centre ville . Nous avons tout fait a pieds . Service parking vouturier : certe tres cher mais un chauffeur vient vous prendre la voiture et vous la ramene en fin de sejour . Possibilite de parking relai extérieur de ville . Tres bon sejour et rapport qualite prix honnête

While the location and was good, the “upgrade” room was overall a bit dingy-and, quite frankly-the two twin beds that were pushed together to make a double was completely unsleepable. Add in that I could not get housekeeping to service room for over two days and it just wasn’t worth it. Too many other options out there.

En stor besvikelse. Hotellet är inget som bilderna visar. Vi fick först 2 rum som var så små att man hamnade i sängen så fort man öppnade dörren. Vi kunde omöjligt vara 2 personer i rummet samtidigt och dessutom ha vårt bagage, det var helt omöjligt. Dessutom på första våningen med stora fönster mitt ut mot trafikerad bilväg & gångbana. Det hade inte gått att vistas i rummet utan att ha neddraget. Vi gick till receptionen & sa till & efter mycket om och men fick vi 2 nya rum. Det ena var något större med slitet. Tapeter som släppt från väggar osv. Det andra rummet var fortsatt extremt litet, kändes som en skrubb på loftet. Frukosten var enkel, smörgås, pålägg & yoghurt. För att få kaffe och eller juice fick man hela tiden be personalen om mer. När man någon gång bad om en kopp kaffe till fick man svaret ”har inte du redan ätit frukost & fått kaffe?”. Bra läge i stadskärna. Gångavstånd till allt. Spårvagn precis utanför hotellet.

The hotel is in a great location close to the trams. Rooms are clean but very small. There is a self service breakfast for an additional fee of 17 Euros. Lots of pastries, fruit, meat, cheeses, and scrambled eggs. Chef who served breakfast was not friendly, maybe because the hotel seems short staffed. One day I arrived one hour before breakfast ends, they were out of scrambled eggs and was told he wouldn’t make any more. Overall ok.

Väldigt mysigt område speciellt i De pijp ,super bra service ,överraskande bra frukost . Lite hårda sängar . Bra kollektiv trafik med både spårvagn och metro . Vi bodde i två olika område när vi var i Amsterdam och föredrog hellre detta .

I’ve previously stayed at Hotel V Nesplein, which was a terrific experience. So when I saw that I could find the same chain quite reasonable (booked quite late), I jumped on it immediately. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, we felt disappointed. Check in was late, and it felt like cleaning was rushed. The main lamp (over the bed) flickers, and was an annoyance all 3 nights (need to have it on in the night). We mentioned this the first day, hoping that it would be resolved, which it wasn’t. One of the two lamps over the headboard was also broken, but this one they fixed. We bought breakfast 1 day, and we are really happy we didn’t order it for each day. They also charged us too much for this, but got refunded the amount after pointing it out. The breakfast is basically a couple of dry bread rolls, some different slices of ham/salami, two different cheeses and dispenser yam/peanut butter/chocolate spreads. There was a casserole with scrambled eggs, but this tasted horrible. My daughter loves scrambled eggs, but after one taste she pushed the plate away. The room looks ready to renovated, and they really need to prioritize cleaning a little better. Positives: -location, walkable to most places, nice area -tram stop just outside, metro is 5-8 minute walk -Albert Hein just outside metro -23 minutes with uber to Schiphol Negatives: -cleanliness -no fridge in room -need refurbishment -keyhole cover missing -small towls -breakfast(go to a cafe instead)

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the experience my family and I had during our recent stay. I booked two rooms for myself, my wife, and our two children. We arrived around 2:00 PM but were told that check-in was not possible. Even my request to complete the check-in process without entering the rooms was refused, so we had to leave our luggage and go out. When we returned at 9:00 PM, we were told there were no rooms left in the building with an elevator. Instead, we had to climb three floors without an elevator with two children and all of our bags. The stairs were extremely steep, with steps so narrow that even one foot could not fit properly – only the tip of the toes. Carrying luggage and children up about 30 such steps was exhausting and unsafe. The explanation given was that if we had checked in earlier, we could have had a room with an elevator, which is completely unreasonable. The room itself was also problematic. Inside the shower there was a large window with a gap of about two fingers that could not be closed. In September we had to sleep with a heater switched on because the room was so cold. This experience caused us great inconvenience and did not meet the level of service expected when booking this hotel. Based on our stay, I cannot recommend it to families or anyone seeking a safe and comfortable stay.

Very small room, charged a baby crib never came, asked for a refund and nobody can do anything. Bar person is the same as lobby so 1 person for bar and reception so long wait times. Breakfast 1 person so no eggs at 9.45 and no willingness to make more. Worst quality vs price in my travel experience and I have travelled half of the world.
