I spent eight days at this hotel.
Let's start with the disappointing points.
After arriving at the hotel, I was surprised that the lobby was under construction.
There was no information at the time of the reservation or on the website.
At the time of the reservation, it was written that there would be no resort fee, but I was charged.
Parking prices were also higher than at the time of reservation.
I couldn't use the pool. I was told that I could use a nearby pool, but it was 500 meters on foot, so I took my luggage and decided that it was not a walking distance.
I pay resort fees, but if I don't leave a tip, it's minimal housekeeping. There were days when the trash in the sink was not thrown away.
Naturally, the construction noise is noisy. There is a sound from nine in the morning.
The building or hotel under construction across the street is noisy.
The shower room is small.
The TV menu is difficult to handle.
I had a hard time understanding why I was paying for the resort fee.
I couldn't go outside because I couldn't unlock the balcony completely. The staff couldn't speak Japanese.
I'll write about the good points.
The location is very good.
"The beach is close, and there are supermarkets, convenience stores, and shopping malls nearby, so I have no complaints."
The service of the staff was very good.
"On the way, the next room was so noisy that I couldn't sleep in the middle of the night, so when I told them that, the staff and security responded well."
