The front desk staff were very friendly and made my stay with them wonderful . Will definitely be coming back next time I am in Omaha

Clean, quiet and friendly staff

Just spent one night but the price is too high for the condition of this hotel.

I understand covid made the breakfast lack luster but could have been better and had options. The room wasn't that clean - dried p contact on floor near trash. Sink didn't drain well.

Nice enough. But the motion light in the bathroom was broken so when using the toilet to sit down the light would time out and you could not get up to turn it back on.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel, considering that we are in the middle of a pandemic. On our next trip to Omaha we will be back here.

I originally bookEd a king suite and upon check in the clerk asked if we were planning to use the pull out sofa... I said yes because all three of us were Not going to sleep in a king size bed! Well, she said that bed is broken. We had to take a tiny room with two queens. The pool and hot tub were completely drained. There was hair in bathroom floor that was not from my family. There was a bag of trash by the elevators all day and night. Bag breakfast was an orange, bottle of water and a tiny smashed muffin. Won’t stay again.

We stayed here during a family trip. This hotel is in a great location. Close to shopping and different dining options. The service was very good and the hotel is very clean. Unfortunately due to CV 19 they did not have their breakfast buffet! Hampton Inn usually has a great breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
