Dont stay at Woodsprings Suites
I regret that i wasted my time and money booking a stay here. There was no one actually there to check us in and next morning when i left the front desk person told me they did they didn't complete ithe check in. So later as we were in bed i received an email mentioning that "Amber Swadling, General Manager" had canceled the reservation. As we entered the lobby it smelled like marijuana even on the floor we stayed. Our room had filthy floors and there were roaches on the walls. The bathroom fan was clogged with inches of dust. We also kept getting calls and visits(the guy smelled like marijuana) from the front desk about making loud noises but we weren't even up. Whats crazy is someone would call us but we could never get anyone to answer when we called. I was so discussed with everything we ended our stay Saturday morning. There was no one there to assist us and when i was able to get a person on to answer the front desk phone the guy who was there Saturday morning asked me what my issue was and that what ever it is he wasn't going to help me anyway. So I left my cards at the vacant front desk and left. This was by far the WORST experience i have ever had renting a hotel room. I will NEVER stay at this place again. NEVER! i still waiting for a refund for my second day since I ended the stay on Saturday November 23rd 2024. I have photos!

the kiosk to check in took a very long time. the floors in the room where sticky and made our feet black. have to bring towels down to front desk to change out no one was at the desk to check out

Check in was good. The rooms was clean however the map had no bulb and when we called down to the front desk with this information we did not get a bulb. The rooms was clean but the hallway and exit stairs not so clean

I've stayed at a few times extended stay hotels. Usually there's dishes utensils pots and pans etc. This extended stay hotel had none of that. Little surprising. The room was clean. The toilet bowl had no lid. As comfortable and clean as the room was it was stripped down to practically nothing. This hotel is $500 a week and $100 a night if you're not staying a week. For what you don't get in this hotel I think that $100 a night should be lower. I asked the front desk couple questions about amenities and then got a cold shoulder the rest of my stay. This is all just an observation your stay may be different your expectations of an extended stay hotel may be different. Just my take.

The overall stay was ok, the room was clean, but the hallway smelled really bad and was dirty and the elevator was dirty. There was no complimentary shampoo and conditioner in the room, luckily i brought my own. I had left to get food and my friend said the guy from the front desk came knocking on the door to see if anyone was in to room which i thought was really weird.

Can't afford inside; sleep outside.
The Good: Rooms are equipped with a kitchenette. Fairly new hotel. Good location close to food gas & shopping. I had a 2 night stay on a weekend. The Bad: No staff after 6:00 pm. Kiosk sign in No utensils, cookware , glasses, plates, bowls. Frig turned off; so lucky I did not buy frozen food OTW. Pointless to have a kitchen if you cant cook/? Utilize the Ice Trays cause there is NO ICE MACHINE IN THE BUILDING. The 'hotel' also rents $497 wk. The local "residents" meet nightly in the parking lot to bring beer smoke weed & frollick among each other very loudly til 2:00 am-ish NIGHTLY. Yes I know what was going on because each night they would congregate just below my 2nd story window !! Lucky me; I got a room overlooking the 'hangout spot'. NO STAFF TO COMPLAIN to all weekend. The office was closed Saturday & Sunday!! People were sleeping in their cars, junk cars littered the parking lot & four police cruisers were on site Saturday afternoon for god knows what reason. I WILL NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Found a dead bug under the blankets upon arrival, also ended up killing a cockroach. Room appeared to be clean when we walked in but we ended up unsatisfied as we inspected more. People being loud outside all night (not the hotels fault but still, you could clearly hear everyone’s conversation and we were on the 3rd floor). I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The property was excellent, my room was spacious and clean. But some of my outlets didn't work in my room. Also, I didn't have a phone in my room to call the front desk. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Other than that, everything else was great.

Don't waste your money
This hotel takes minimalism to an absurd level. No shampoo or conditioner, no lotion, just one tiny sliver of soap. Absolutely zero coffee to be had anywhere on the premises. The front desk was closed up both when we arrived to check in at 11 p.m. and when we left at 8:30 a.m., so we had to figure out how to do it ourselves. The A/C did not work well and the polyester comforter was blazing hot. They only provided two skinny pillows, which is not nearly enough for two people. The wifi was not password protected and was so slow as to be unusable.
