Convenient cost conscious place to stay, with really clean facilities. My only improvement would be the ac unit in the bedroom. It was was noisy and not great on consistent air flow. I think that was just an issue with one room. I’d stay here again.

8/10 Very Good

We had to ditch the first hotel we booked because the city was shutting off their water supply for the night. This was a last minute replacement and nicer than our original choice, albeit a bit further from downtown. Very nice, up to date rooms. Decent breakfast.

This is one of the best values for the money I have been to on my cross-country trips. Not only was the room and bathroom very clean and the bed and couch comfortable, but the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with utensils (colander and vegetable peeler), etc. … It was so nice to actually be able to freeze my ice packs in the full-sized refrigerator. Also, there is a Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Harris Teeter within walking distance (two blocks). The breakfast spread was extensive with gluten- and dairy-free options. The $15 parking fee was well worth all the perks.

Absolutely wonderful. I love this place. Extremely clean, great staff, great breakfast (included). Free bottled water. Excellent location. I highly recommend it. I love that the room had a small kitchen. The shower was fantastic too. Dont hesitate to book.

8/10 Very Good
Aug 10, 2024
The hotel was clean and overall very nice. My only complaint is the parking. They charge you $15 and don’t have enough spots to accommodate all guests. If you arrive too late you have to park in an adjacent lot, which may be hotel property, but is poorly lit, unpaved and overgrown. Feels like a rip off to pay for parking when they can’t accommodate you in the regular hotel parking.

One night in Asheville
The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There was a full kitchen. The hotel was quiet. The desk clerk that checked us in was very helpful in getting us into our room a little over an hour early. 4 P.M. is an abnormally late check in time. My biggest complaint was being charged $15 to park at the hotel. I didn’t notice the fee when I was making the reservation or I wouldn’t have stayed there.
