la habitación en el tercer dia tuvo fuga de agua y goteo en la madrugada y se inundo. el cuarto de mis hijas tambien tuvo filtración de agua por un foco y se cortó la luz.

Los restaurantes y la comida bien. Solo en ocasiones nos encontramos con moscas volado sobre el bufete. El personal muy amable. El Hotel en general y las albercas muy bonitas. Hubo detalles en las habitaciones, como: se quedaba sin luz, cuando limpiaban no lo hacían completo (no se llevaban la basura del baño, o no dejaban papel, no dejaban toallas para las manos). Y el día del check out, aún no salíamos y ya habían bloqueado el acceso a los canales de TV. Las distancias entre las villas (habitaciones) y los restaurantes o actividades de entretenimiento, son largas y el servicio de carritos no es muy coordinado.

nos tardaron 4 horas para hacer check in. llegamos a las 6pm y no tenian la habiatacion ni lista. la primera habiatacion que nos asignarton no tenia aire acondicionado. la segunda no tenia chapa en la puerta. nunca hubo agua cliente en las regaderas. la gente de limpieza ignoraba los se;alamientos de NO MEOLESTAR y se metian a la recamara a las 8am. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA!

We went as a large group, a few rooms lost power, the toilet overflowed in another room, they kept changing our rooms just to face other problems in the new rooms. The place is nice and has potential but needs to be fixed or wasnt ready to open yet from renovations.

El hotel aún no funciona correctamente. Hay grandes fallas de servicio. Cargos inesperados. Y hay que hablar con varios niveles de supervisión para que se resuelvan las cosas. Lástima del hotel tan hermoso.

Very beautiful and large resort. Covered walkways to protect from rain. Great sporting area (Basketball, Table tennis, Tennis, pickle ball, soccer, chess, volleyball, archery lessons, mini golf and many more) Restaurants - Loved eating at the Boghali Indian restaurant. Beach side restaurant Poseidon was awesome. Buffet food throughout the 4 resorts combined, was amazing and one of the best so far in all inclusive anywhere. Room was brand new, spacious, with latest amenities and great Service. Staff in the resort was very friendly, smiling and helpful. Expedia Representative - Juan was amazing. He helped with everything and highly recommend to contact him if you are in this resort. Thank you Juan. He made everything possible.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour .la chambre était belle rénovée et très spacieuse.air climatisé et service de ménage excellents. Notre majordome Juan était très aidant gentil et plein de ressources.les espaces extérieurs sont bien rénovés. Propres.musique calme dans la piscine.les terrains de sports étaient très appréciés des jeunes.le théâtre est en rénovation donc pas de grands spectacles .mais musique au lobby.la nourriture etait souvent froide .le choix est bon .je conseille cet hotel pour les familles avec jeunes enfants .

Very friendly staff, always there ready to serve. Although, not everyone is well informed of each guests’ wrist bands and don’t know what’s included in their package and what’s not. Amenities are great, lots of options in terms of food. Beach is the center stage! Clean turquoise waters! Lots of water activities within reach. The only problem is the room. It smelled moldy when we arrived but they managed to clean after we informed the front desk. Also, there were cockroaches. Also got turned with the forceful sales tactics of their travel club staff. Wasted half a day with their orientation. This is our time for a family vacation!

We stayed in the family suite section of the resort. Pros: The staff bell boys, pool, some front desk, beach and spa were great. The food was a 7/10 overall. There is also a huge selection of restaurants on the resort. Cons: the resort is massive! And there was limited transportation to maneuver around. So easy to get lost and got lost twice. It was difficult to get a golf cart to go places and the system was so unorganized. As soon as night hits, it’s hard to get in touch with someone for a ride unless you have a bell boy’s number to contact. They do all the work. All the higher ups tried to sell you to partner with them (basically a timeshare) don’t do it they will try to steal your money. Glad I didn’t and they lie and say it’s a welcome breakfast but they want to actually sell you a lie to buy a timeshare and it took up most of our time in the morning (4 hours to be exact). Also I had the swim up room… and after 2 days of staying there we saw cockroaches!! Yes cockroaches! We immediately demanded a new room and it took us 4 hours at 10pm to get in contact with someone at the front desk and I had to text the bell boy who were off. It’s just ridiculous. Then we were downgraded and claimed to not be able to find a room on that level. Also before that they offered to fumigate the room… what??!! I took pics of multiple ones and if I didn’t they would call me a liar. That tells me this was not the first complaint and they don’t care to fix it. I don’t recommend this resort.

Nos hospedamos en el recientemente remodelado Grand Palladium Select Family Selection y la experiencia fue excelente. El hotel es moderno, hermoso y muy aesthetic, con colores neutros y cálidos que crean una vibra súper agradable. Nos quedamos en una villa amplia y muy cómoda. Pero sin duda, el corazón del hotel son sus empleados. Todos fueron amables y atentos, haciéndonos sentir verdaderamente bienvenidos. Queremos destacar especialmente a Luisito, el maletero, cuya energía positiva nos alegraba cada día, y a Rafael, nuestro mayordomo, con un servicio 5 estrellas siempre pendiente de cada detalle. La comida, el servicio, el ambiente y el spa superaron nuestras expectativas. Nos hospedamos en el recientemente remodelado Grand Palladium Select Family Selection y la experiencia fue excelente. El hotel es moderno, hermoso y muy aesthetic. Nos quedamos en una villa amplia y muy cómoda, ideal para una estadía familiar. Sin duda, el corazón del hotel son sus empleados. Queremos destacar especialmente a Luis Reyes(Luisito), el maletero, cuya energía positiva alegraba nuestros días y siempre estuvo pendiente de cada detalle que hizo nuestra estadía especial. Nuestro mayordomo Rafael nos brindó un servicio 5 estrellas: coordinación de restaurantes, celebración de cumpleaños, día de spa y detalles especiales para los niños con mercancía exclusiva del Family Boss. En el buffet La Catedral, Martina se aseguró de que el servicio fuera excelente, y el mesero Jasiel nos consintió en todo momento. En el restaurante La Paisana, el gerente Miguel Reyes, junto a Danna y Johanna, hicieron de nuestra cena una experiencia llena de buenas atenciones. En The Nest, celebramos el cumpleaños de nuestra abuelita con un menú ajustado a nuestras preferencias, preparado por el chef Adrián y asistido por el mesero Serlin, con una calidad y sabor extraordinarios. Agradecemos también a David, el manager, siempre atento durante nuestra estadía. Como cortesía, disfrutamos de la hidroterapia en el spa, una experiencia relajante y revitalizante.
