I stayed there in late December, but the heating switch didn't work. The rate check-out was free. The young staff at the front desk were good, but the manager in the back office was terrible. He or she refused to make a small document for me, but I had never had such an experience before.
We couldn’t shower in the morning because there was a problem with the pluming, only one of us took a shower before taking our shuttle and there was water all over the room. We reported but at that point we were rushing to get out to take our flight.

This should not carry the Marriott name.
We arrived at 10 pm and told airport shuttle is “full” and cannot use it in the morning. Manager recommended we leave 1.5 hours before flight and they could “squeeze us in” for a later time. Very inconsiderate knowing we would miss our flight. Restaurant manager refused to give us dinner because restaurant closed in 20 minutes. After making a a fuss about the real closing time of the restaurant, they let us eat - terrible terrible food. Room had broken door (wood rotting), mold all over shower, chipping paint on bathroom, torn wallpaper and hard bed. No pull out bed/couch as promised and paid for in larger room, but a small room with a cot. Dingy and hard towels. All staff was kind and all managers unapologetic
