Our family enjoyed 7-day stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin. Front desk manager Andy was super nice, helpful and informative, recommended lots of good restaurants and site-seeing places. Head Chief Emily and Restaurant manager Sunny were very caring, and looked after all our needs; restaurant intern Mary and Javis were working very hard and always with smiles. House keeping Yuanyuan Liang did great job in cleaning our rooms. We appreciate all their care and attention. We would return to The Ritz-Carlton Harbin for our next Harbin visit.

One of the best renovated Ritz, price is low compared globally, view of the River is great, not walkable,need taxi all the time.

New construction with nicely decorated rooms, upscale furnishings. Staff is very helpful. Super location, overlook the city and the Songhua River.

The staff, rooms and breakfast buffet at the Harbin Ritz are spectacular. A very comfortable place to stay in Harbin and be indulged by attentive, but not cloying, staff. Pricey, but worth it.

American guests best experience in Harbin.
I never thought that Harbin would have this high standard hotel considering people in this area tend to be very casual.
Front desk, housekeeping team, even breakfast are all just amazing. They have fresh juice, really fresh ones, and they're healthy and delicious!!!

Beautiful establishment. But the service just very diffident from other countries ritz Carlton. No eye contact, no say hello. I guess because of the hotel customers are very rude to the employees, so it lowers the employee’s standards. Very rude customers, no one respect waiting lines, no excuse me, no thank you. Smoking at hall way right outside of my room. I actually feel sorry for hotel staff who dealing with those rude customers daily. Terrible.
