Die Unterkunft ist leider nicht direkt beim Potsdamer Platz, so wie man es eigentlich vermutet. Man muss ein wenig laufen. Gute Kommunikation über WhatsApp möglich. Wir konnten früher ins immer wie geplant. Dem Thema Sauberkeit sollte etwas mehr Zeit gewidmet werden. Frühstück ist ausbaufähig. Check out ist entspannt per Handy möglich. Insgesamt war es oke.

Det är ett helt ok hotell. Det missar en del på detaljer på rummen. Vi hade två rum och ena rummet var det mycket dålig belysning på ena rummet. Men det är absolut prisvärt. Frukosten tyckte alla var toppen, och stället man käkar frukost på är en väldigt trevlig del av hotellet.

Hospedagem agradável e com ótima localização

O hotel está localizado numa região muito privilegiada, perto do Memorial do Holocausto, Portão de Brandemburgo, Parlamento, entre outros... Fiquei surpreso com a beleza do hotel e do quarto. Quarto com decoração de época, com alguns utensílios de época que dão um super charme ao quarto. Porém, algumas coisas não estavam funcionando no quarto: a cafeteira só ficava piscando; a tv ligava e, dentro de instantes, a tela ficava escura e não aparecia imagem; as duas janelas do quarto não estavam fechando, até fiquei esperando o pessoal da limpeza, qdo fosse fazer a manutenção do quarto, poder fechá-las. Mesmo diante desses detalhes, voltaria a me hospedar no Precise.

Nice hotel in a great location. Breakfast good. Service a bit mixed - some staff members very friendly, others less so. Bottle of water on arrival in the room but this wasn't replenished in the 3 days we were there... Overall we were happy and found it very easy to get to the major sites and attractions - there is a bus stop right outside the hotel, and the underground is just a 1-minute walk away. I would recommended the hotel for anyone who wants a comfortable, quiet base while exploring Berlin.

Great staff

Great value, cool decor, beautiful garden and superb location, but the aspect I want to focus on is the exceptional service and staff on duty on 16 and 17 August 2024. 1. Check in was busy and the staff were efficient, professional and friendly. 2. Our tv wasn’t working and within 5 minutes (truthfully!) some came up to sort it and replaced the remote batteries. 3. The breakfast selection is beautiful and because it is a large restaurant there were a lot of people. The staff (and manager in particular) were incredibly well organised and kept on smiling 4. Later in the day before we left for the airport we had some lovely cocktails in the bar and the bartender and manager were great fun and sorted out charging my phone.

Decent location but poor experience

It’s a good location. The photos are quite misleading. The rooms are small and we kept bumping our heads on the towel rail. Several problems with our rooms i.e. bathroom door wouldn’t shut, taps were dripping and there was an awful smell of sewerage in each room. Admittedly we only reported this on the last night (but they didn’t offer to move us). The main reason we didn’t complain earlier is we were checked in late and had to meet friends, and on the second day there was a massive queue. Breakfast was very good and the staff were generally very nice. The gym is TINY. It’s literally a running machine and exercise bike and a few light weights. The Spa didn’t open til 4pm. The hotel is looking very tired. Scuff marks all over the halls. Bathrooms need upgrading. Only two small lifts for 15 floors. No views from our rooms. The main bar was shut. The garden was nice. The hotel restaurant is Michelin Star but very expensive and no menu available until the day. The hotel overall lacked atmosphere.
Damp on our bathroom ceiling. Possibly why both rooms stunk so badly.

But the real disappointment was the stench in both our rooms! The manager reluctantly and eventually gave us some compensation. But made us feel quite guilty for bringing it up late. It wasn’t our fault we were checked in late and there were constant queues at reception. Making our genuine complaint made us feel very upset due to the managers smug response. In fairness he did write a handwritten “apology” before we checked out. The main bar was shut. The garden was nice. The hotel restaurant is Michelin Star and very expensive. The hotel overall lacked atmosphere.

Great location on edge of Kreuzberg, easily walkable to Checkpoint Charlie and several museums. Museum island was a bit further but we walked there too. Brandenburg Gate and Holocaust installation were within 15 minutes walk, Hotel staff were great and our room had a separate bedroom and small Kitchen. We didn’t have breakfast but it was hugely popular, Many options to eat from local Vietnamese to top rated restaurant next door - you must go there! Potsdamer Platz was 400 metres away with even more food an entertainment options, Fans in two rooms plus great aircon,
