The Convenience is amazing, no need to leave hotel, Decent Restaurant, 3 nice bars one on beach, beach access 24/7. Only con is no cash only card use for payment.

Everyone is very nice

We stayed for three days prior to a week long visit at another resort. This was the perfect location to spend a couple of days on the beach. Our rooms were rather dated, thus, the low price. A lot of the resort is updated and construction is ongoing. Not a huge resort, but the beach is great, which is exactly what we wanted.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The room is oceanview so we had stunning views. He bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Amazing service , specially on the beach , waiters were very good and fast . Clean hotel and the food was excellent

It was very noisy at night. We had a room facing the street near the lobby and every night we were woken up at 3 am by drunk screaming people. The room lost power 4 times and twice I was in the shower so twice I finished my shower in complete darkness. Also the maid tried on my shoes. Nothing was taken but still uncomfortable knowing someone put my shoes on. I know this because I never untie my shoes when I take them off and when I came back, my shoes were untied and the tongues were flipped up as if someone put them on. I didn't report anything because what are they really going to do, but all of these things combined would make me go somewhere else. Location was good, buses and downtown was easy access. Beds were comfy. Shower needs a good cleaning but as a whole the hotel was in good condition. The noise was obnoxious though.

Great hotel experience!! First time in Cancun and everyone was so pleasant and nice to me and my wife! We loved everything about the hotel! I will recommend the hotel to friends and family!! 10 stars!!!!

Great hotel, great staff clean not to far from downtown .

Emporio is too strict for no good reason. Everyone must wear an uncomfortable band at all times and gets questioned. Family that stayed at the ritz Carlton would come meet us to go to dinner together and Staff at Emporio called our room and said they had 20 minutes to leave the premises. It was so rude and insulting. The room itself only gave one small packet of coffee per day with no creamer. All signs in the room were in Spanish which gave important information about there being no food allowed in the room or an extra charge Will be added etc. This to me felt like a scam since we ordered out at their restaurant next to the pool and they packaged everything up for us to eat in our room. At check in I Witnessed others get overcharged for minor things- I myself had paid extra for a deluxe bedroom and upon arrival to my room I was appalled that my view was directly in front of their construction. I called and asked to be moved which they put me ocean front but the internet was so spotty and we wanted to connect our phones and iPads for downloads for our flight and it kept saying we had reached our limit. The walls were thin- you can hear your neighbors very easily so when they come in late it was hard to sleep so we had to turn on the tv. All in all- I won’t be ever returning to Emporio Cancun

We really enjoyed our room - very modern. I failed to notice though from the reviews that there is construction going on so it was noisy.. buffet was good on one day but not every day. Wouldn't take all inclusive..
