"Convention location and nice stuff."
Chateau Victoria Hotel and Suites
"The location of this hotel is excellent….very close to the Empress and waterfront. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch. There is a nice bar with a view of the city at the top of the hotel."
Hotel Rialto
"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to offer suggestions to make our trip better. I was very happy with my stay at Hotel Rialto. The only negative that I would mention is the neighborhood can be a little sketchy, with some out in the open drug use. But the hotel felt very safe and secure."
Royal Scot Hotel & Suites, Trademark Collection by Wyndham
"Staff extremely helpful"
Hotel Grand Pacific
"The front desk woman was kind and helpful. She made sure our room was not pet friendly (for allergy issues). We ate three meals in the Fathom restaurant. The staff there were great. The food was very good. Our room was comfortable. Just to note (but this was all over Victoria during our weekend).. servers stand over you as your pay for your food and the tip.. it feels odd. One told me it was in case the machine timed out. Not my favorite. The servers were excellent at their jobs and did things like bring us a carafe of water."
Robin Hood Inn & Suites
"Very good hotel"
Sandman Hotel Victoria
"Nice clean room. Lovely staff, perfect accommodation for us to visit Victoria. Lots of near by restaurants"

Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool on the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, so you're more likely to see price drops or room availability changes, making it easier to plan a spontaneous getaway.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate based on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates may help you find a better deal on your stay in a Victoria hotel. If you're interested in unique accommodations, boutique hotels often provide a more personalized experience and can sometimes offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we'll inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher side, we may suggest more budget-friendly dates to assist you in finding a great option.
- Consider your location: Hotels near the city center usually tend to be more expensive, but thanks to Victoria's great public transportation options, you might discover a more affordable independent hotel a bit further out that still has good access. If you're interested in exploring less crowded neighborhoods or even lesser-known nearby cities, you can often find excellent value for your money. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
