Typical holiday inn.

This did the second Holiday Inn Express stay I’ve booked through hotels.com both were not pleasant. Will avoid from now on as I travel frequently. At check in the room I booked was available however the blinds didn’t work so if I stayed in it my window would have been open to a street night and public viewing all night. The room I got the bed was smaller. The hotel itself is very noisy and the walls are paper thin! Guest services not accommodating.

Very clean room. Beds were clean and comfortable. Would stay every time we are in Tupelo

Clean, comfortable and safe rooms. We were traveling through Tupelo and returning through Tupelo, so we chose to stay here on both days. The pool was closed, but unfortunately that is to be expected during these unusual times. Breakfast was a nice touch and saved us time and money.

Clean. Very well maintained

Clean hotel. Helpful staff. Thin walls; heard talking in next room and stomping overhead.

It was just as expected as I’ve stayed in HIE a lot

I liked that they had take and go bags for breakfast since they can’t serve with COVID.

Pool was closed due to Covid. Breakfast was in a brown paper bag that you could pick from. Options were a granola bar, cereal or oatmeal with a water and banana or orange. Our room was clean but the smell when the air conditioning was not running smelled musty or like wet carpet. Room service does not service your room unless you stay over 5 days also.

It was nice! I’ve never been that far deep in Mississippi. Tupelo was nice..
