Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. I witnessed several instances of staff treating each other poorly, particularly in how some Asian staff were treated. To make matters worse, I overheard staff members talking negatively about customers while in the bar area. As someone who understands both English and Croatian, it was clear this wasn’t subtle, and I’m sure other guests noticed as well.
The breakfast and dining experiences were also chaotic. The staff were often loud, almost shouting at each other, which created a tense atmosphere. It was apparent that their internal relationships were not good, which impacted the service and made the experience unpleasant.
Overall, while the hotel itself might have been fine, the staff's behavior really overshadowed what should have been a more positive experience.
