need to improve the reception system.
The hotel has a beautful modern lobby where you feel like business lounge.
But the rooms are still remain as old design.
Additionally, my room's toilet kept running the water, it keeps making nosie. I asked receptionist abou fixing or changing the room||, later on a builder came to try to fix it, but it wasn't completed. Finally receptionist said the hotel will order a part and fix tomorrow. But no one came on next day. I asked the anoter receptionist(because of the shift) but she even didn't know about my room's problem. She appoligized the situation which I spent all night with sound of toilet water.
I think the first receptionist just tried me to give up my room's issue. I really disappinted the attitude... hope to imorove both hospitality and facility.
