i'm japanes. I asked for the rice in the pack of lunch in the morning lunch box to be heated in the microwave for 2 minutes. The staff was willing to take the meal. But the manager says he can't do it, so I'm very sorry. He told me. I asked for the same thing many times at a first-class hotel in the United States, but they did everything. It's a hotel with good reviews but no important heart. I was very disappointed.

It was an amazing stay. The staff was so friendly and kind. The room was so clean and there was everything that we need such as amenities, towels and so on. The best thing was that we had a breakfast for free and there were many choices, which was awesome. Thank you for your service. I'll definitely stay at this hotel next time I visit the U.S.

Decent hotel with Horrible Breakfast
Hotel was average. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly enough. Liked the larger than usual hotel table - it was large enough for four of us to comfortably play cards. The included breakfast was terrible to the point of mostly inedible. The eggs were nasty, the institutional sausage was greasy, the small blueberry & poppyseed muffins both tasted strange. However, the packaged yogurt, the orange juice and coffee were ok. This is a very large property with a number of buildings & many rooms. I liked the well maintained grounds. I wanted to get ice for the trip home but could not find an ice machine in the number of buildings I checked so I asked at the front desk. I was told there was only one ice machine and it was by the pool. I found the SMALL ice machine but it was behind a locked gate and a room key was required to access. (Picture attached) But the room key wouldn’t open the gate. The front desk clerk had to send the maintenance man to open the gate. It is also how you access the guest laundry, but the sign on the door said the machines were out of order. Anyhow overall a decent place to stay if you don’t want breakfast and will not need ice. In the summer that one small ice machine could never meet the demands of the many guests on even an ordinary day.

Older but still in good shape
Definitely falls into the "old but clean" model of motor inns from a generation or two ago. The room was floored instead of carpeted, which was EXCELLENT and went a long way toward helping the whole place feel updated and in good repair. It doesn't have sleek bells and whistles, but it's a solid place to stay, and we would stay again (we'll probably even make it our regular destination in town).

My two night stay at Hotel Piccadilly.
This hotel is in a very good location, and has good parking options. I felt secure there, and the room was in good condition. Hotel Piccadilly has a very good hot breakfast buffet. Also, there is a very good Italian restaurant two blocks east on Shaw Ave. that I can walk to and have dinner.

Favorite places when in Fresno.
This is the place we stay multiple times a year. My grandkids live in this area so it is family friendly and convenient! The front desk staff is always friendly and super helpful!

Great property.
Very nice hotel. Nice rooms, clean and modern. Very good breakfast. The grounds were well kept and the pool area even though too cold to use looked very nice. We highly recommend. Very good bang for your buck. Area around the hotel is very nice and safe. Lots of restaurants and major stores nearby.

Cockroaches
When we got in the room and went to the bathroom, there was a huge cockroach. We had a staff member. Come bring us extra pillows because they didn’t offer a sleeping crib for our baby. They got to see it and offered to switch us buildings. Regardless, we couldn’t sleep comfortably. Just thinking of the cockroaches.
