We were rather disappointed on the room. First of all, our room was a handicapped room, ON THE 4TH FLOOR. My wife and I are both mobility challenged and in the event of a natural disaster or fire the escape routes were at the opposite ends of our corridor. The elevator was out to the left of our door. The bathroom is a handicapped bathroom with slick terrazzo tile. To add to that our bath fan didn't work. When I exited the shower the floor was slick from the water on the floor caused by the humidity, I was able to maintain my balance wife was not so lucky she came to see what was wrong and slipped amd almost. The breakfast buffet was $15 per person for a selection that you might find a Comfort Inn for free. I wanted a hotel that was close to the airport, this was. Handicapped parking saw limited to 2 spaces, were unable to secure one so we on the opposite side of the building. My wife flight landed at 8pm hence the need for an over night stay, we live 400 miles from the airport. We retired for the evening and were subjected loud patrons on the hallway. Slamming door, by design by the way. Babies crying though the night. Newish building I presume which creaked all night. I thought that the Hilton would be great, " After all it's The Hilton right. I could have stayed any where in Albuquerque, NM. I chose Hilton. I paid $135.77 for the worst night's sleep in my entire life. I would like to be compensated in some way, seeing that I won't stay there again, a refund is good
