메리어트정도 되는 네임벨류를 가진 호텔이
발렛을 24시간 운영하지 않는 점과
운영시간 내에도 발렛 직원이 자리를 자주 비워
고객이 직접 찾아다니고 요청을 한다는게
이해가 안 감.
그리고 호텔 내에서 운영하는 레스토랑이
정기휴무가 있다는 점도 이해가 되지
않음.
서울에 있는 특급호텔에 비교하면
이름값 말고는 전체적으로
여러 방면에서 한참 부족함.

Car guaranty problem
We were not authorized to provide a third party card (our Korean based-company) for the guaranty of our VIP guest and her family at the hotel. Even though we offered to either send a photo, provide a prepayment or to wire some deposit money.
This was very inconvenient and out boss decided to not stay the hotel.
She won't come back to this hotel until this policy changes.
Such kind of ridiculous policy can be understandable in independent hotels but in an international brand hotel, it is a shame.
VIP guests who do not want to have their personal credit card number taken by frontdesk staff should have the possibility to have a local representative vouching for them.
