the heat was off in our room and it took a couple hours to warm the room up. This was disappointing. in the evening we had issues with the TV and felt like excuses, excuses when we called about the issue.

the electrical outlet in the bathroom did not function. Could not plug in any devices in the bathroom. (the hairdryer provided on that wall was not functional for that reason). Had no one tested it?? Hotel would benefit from an upgrade and more meticulous housekeeping.

The staff was wonderful. We have stayed at this property several times but this time we did not feel safe. I believe there are permanent residents in the building. Our heating unit starting spewing out a hot fragrance when turned on and the smoke alarms sounded until I shut the heat off. We left it off. The dead bolt on the door was not able to be locked. If you expect to get sleep in this hotel, it's not going to happen at least on a weekend. Doors slamming all night long, kids running in halls and above our room, drawers slamming, talking loudly seriously into the wee hours. Finally, noise stopped around 4 but then loud rap music started playing. We left early and will not stay here again. I do have to say the rooms seemed very clean, looked like new carpeting, that was all good. I felt unsafe with all the noise and inability to dead bolt the door.

The place is great, clean, friendly and helpful. Just not much for a continental breakfast. There was coffee, milk, cereal, toast and some frudels. I guess I was expecting some fruit of juice or some kind of waffles. I would stay here anyway. It's close to restarants.

Rear door to parking lot was zip tied on the push bar on the door. Which meant anyone at anytime could come or go. Lots of coming and or going from like 12:30 am to 4:15am before I could finally enjoy sleeping. Told the front desk about this when I checked in at around 5:30 pm. Otherwise it was a great room ! Clean and comfy, I would ask to not be buy ANY KIND of entrance next time I stayed there!!

The big problem was the heating system. The heating fan had only one option it was to cycle on and cycle off and it was noisy. Hardly slept at all that night. Never coming back. Go somewhere else if you have an option. TV channel sucked a froze.

Working person's hotel

Have stayed here twice. This year and last. Room was clean, bed was great, coffee was ok. Breakfast choices were limited to toasting waffles, yogurt, cereal. Its a working persons place. I.e., a place to rest your head, safe, no frills. The noise level was acceptable.
