First the positive*** Room was clean. Bed was SUPER comfortable! I am a solo female traveler and I felt safe. The hotel is close to lots of food and shopping options and has Easy access to the highway. Staff was nice and welcoming. Negatives— The room was clean but all the fixtures are rusty. The room has a full length mirror but no lighting near it so you can’t see yourself when it’s dark outside. Theres no counter in the restroom so there’s no place to put your toiletries. Housekeeping didn’t empty the trash for 3days I finally saw her and had to ask her to empty it. The back security door is broken ( doesn’t lock) and very heavy and throughout the night you hear it slamming. The breakfast was not edible the apple juice was cloudy and tasted borderline spoiled. If the room was upgraded I could see them charging the $179/night, but as it is I think it’s about $70 over priced.

The girl at check-in is so friendly and she really goes above and beyond. Bed was comfortable and was an overall nice place to stay for a couple nights.

My selection was based on amenities, price, and location. It was my birthday weekend and wanted a little getaway. I was surprised there wasn't more than one entrance to the building (had to walk at night almost in the back of building). Although I received new towels the bed wasn't made. The pool area didn't have enough space for lounging. The staff seemed nice and had good eating selections nearby.

This is NOT a "family" hotel. I came here to visit family for 2 days. The room was dirty, issues ALL night both nights and I didnt get any sleep. I spent all night trying to protect my children from the abhorrent people that were around us. The entire floor was reaking of drugs and cigarettes, drunks were up and down the hall all night slamming doors because they could not figure out how to shut them, screaming, cussing, the lady on one side of me apparently lives there and was using her room for solicitation. The things she continued screaming is something I can not unhear on behalf of my children.they should have NEVER been subjected to, and it cant be undone. The night girl tried to get them to stop but shes only 1 person and this is apparently the norm for this hotel. One lady even stopped my 11 year old and warned him not to go near anyone because they are violent and they will throw bricks at him. I called the manager and at 11:00am he still had not shown up to work so I left messages with the assistant manager and neither one ever called me back. They do not care. I am currently waiting on a response from corporate. Do NOT stay is this hotel, it does NOT reflect the choice brand well at all.

The hotel staff lost track of what room they put me in. So at midnight… i was awaken by someone attempting to enter my room. I yelled through the door to go away and they left. 30 minutes later after almost asleep again, i was awaken again by the hotel staff knocking on my door. They asked who i was and i explained that i was here for 3 nights and paid for all 3 nights. They now are asking for my ID to prove who i am. After finally getting done and not getting much sleep…. I had to go back down at 6:30am to again get my key to work cause the locked me out. Not professional

I liked that we were able to have our fur baby with no hassle. I think the pet deposit was a little much. The front desk wasn't very friendly, at least not the way their ad claims....but I would still refer people to stay there. The room was clean. I liked that the room didn't have carpet.

We’ve stayed in multiple properties in this general location and this hotel is not at all on par with the rest. Our room was in desperate need of updating. The furniture is worn. The bathroom did not have even a vanity and just had a wall sink with a horrible caulking job . The tub was dirty. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. We had to get our keys re activated for the second night as did everyone else. A woman we spoke with stated that she had been there 4 nights and had to get her key reactivated every night. I will say the staff were very nice. Not sure who is posting the rave reviews, but this property is in no way “exceptional “ or “excellent “
