I had stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks prior. My experience then was good. Only had one problem, the remote for the TV didn't work.
However, this stay was much different. My TV didn't work at all. I called the front desk and they said someone would be there shortly; after 20 minutes I called and the person at the front desk said he would check into why no one showed up and then proceeded to hang up on me. I thought he was going to put me on hold and let me know when maintenance would be there. So, I waited 10 minutes and called to see what he found out. At this point it was 10:15 p.m. and the front desk person asked if I wanted him to come up to my room and take a look to see if he could fix it. I asked if he knew how to fix it and he said "no". I told him it was 10:15 and I didn't want him in my room if he didn't know how to fix it. So, the following day, I talked with a lady at the front desk and she said she would get it taken care of. I returned to my room at 5:00 p.m. and it still wasn't working. So, I asked to be moved to a different room. They agreed.
The other problems with my room was no coffee cups, but there was coffee, shampoo and body wash bottles were missing from the bathroom, and someone else's trash in the trash can when we arrived.
