They need to work on the rooms. Ours needed some painting, sliding doors hard to open and the bedroom overhead light switches were broken. Blow dryer worked on 1 speed, called the desk, to complain, to maint. 3 days to put a new one in. The hotel checked one us twice regarding our stay. Told them disappointed on how the room was looking and a broken hairdryer no one took care of after 2 complaints. Overall the employees were helpful and accomodating. Shared 2 of the restaurants went down hill, the Arubian and Mexican many of the guests talked in the pool area and said they would never eat there again including us. The highlights were the Japenese cusine and Italian restaurant and the Open buffet......Top Notch... overall a resonable all inclusive place to stay, but it needs some updating.
