This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. It was 100 degrees the day we checked in to our hotel with two toddlers that we paid $233 dollars for. The first red flag was the miserable woman (manager) at the front desk. She obviously hates her job as she never one time cracked a smile or said anything friendly. We get into our room and we are met with a box fan blowing 90 degree temperatures at the highest level in our faces. I checked to see if the AC was on, which it said it was, and we got out of there right away to hopefully let it cool down. Two hours later we came back and it was just as hot. Our friends room, one floor below, was a comfortable temperature as the AC was obviously working. I called to the front desk, where I was told they could accommodate me by coming upstairs to open the window for me. When I reminded the clerk that it was over 100 degrees outside he said he could bring me a fan, which I alerted him that we also already had. This hotel staff gave me and my children this unbearably hot room knowing the AC was broke which is why there was a fan to being with. Our friends room did not have a fan in his. I went to the desk to ask for another room and they were sold out and at no point could the clerk look me in the eye and tell me they would make it right. Needless to say, the four of us stayed in our friends room, meant to accommodate four or less.
