The hotel was not in the best shape. The elevator door is broken and you have the manually push it so it'll reset the mechanism to close the door.
The breakfast service is something to rave about. John was super helpful and quick to refill anything that ran low. He even went out of his way to make waffles for the guests. I was with my two elder in-laws and I really appreciated his attentiveness. Super helpful!!!
