I was very disappointed with my stay. I was checking in around midnight after a very long and rough day. I have high expectations for Hilton. I booked a King room but when I arrived for check in, they advised they did not have a King room and needed to put me in a double. I was OK with this but then when I got to my room, the tv remote did not work. While laying in bed, I looked down and saw a black bug crawling on the sheet on top of me. Other than that, the room wasn't great but it was OK. Just an FYI, there were no toiletries either such as toothpaste, face wipes etc. Lotion in a pump on the wall was provided as well as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel on the wall but the pump on the conditioner was broke so I was unable to use that. When leaving the next morning, I got into the elevator to get to the lobby and the button was broke in the elevator so I was unable to get to the lobby. After getting off the elevator on the 2nd floor and trying to get the other elevator, I finally just found the steps and used those to access the lobby to exit the hotel.
