Here’s the revised version with your additional details included:
"I booked a hotel through Expedia and called the property to request a quiet room. The staff member confirmed over the phone that this would be arranged. However, when I arrived and entered the room, it was extremely noisy. I could hear people shouting outside, and there was loud music coming from a nearby building.
I contacted the same staff member, and she informed me that there was nothing she could do, and my room could not be changed. I then visited the front desk to ask for a solution, either a room change or a refund. She was quite rude and told me to contact Expedia for a refund.
When I contacted Expedia, the Hotel denied the request and continued to refuse the refund.
If you’re planning to visit Malaga, I don’t recommend this hotel, as I had a very bad experience. I also don’t need any apology emails or messages from the hotel because I believe they are not being truthful.
