Worst service ever
I would like to express my concerns regarding our recent stay at the hotel. First and foremost, the cleaning staff member, Yaris, unfortunately lacks the necessary qualifications to work in the hospitality industry. It's not merely a matter of language comprehension; it reflects on a person's ability to provide good service. We are here for six days and only require three fresh bath towels every day for my family. When I went to the hotel hallway, bringing used bath towels and politely requesting Yaris to exchange towels for three new ones, I received a look of overt disgust, and she said, "No," providing only one towel instead. This was my first experience with a hotel staff member who appeared so rude.
Additionally, we encountered several maintenance issues, including the absence of a rod for the toilet paper holder, a toilet that hardly flushes appropriately, and an unsettling presence of tiny bugs—at least twenty of them—on the walls. Regrettably, we will not choose this hotel for our future visits to Orlando. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses these service and maintenance issues so that future guests do not have a similar experience during their holiday.
