This hotel was vibey and very clean with small but very functional rooms. I enjoyed staying here with the exception of the "room service" meal. It's not actually room service, you have to go downstairs to get it when it's ready, which I didn't realize, so I was waiting and waiting for my food to be delivered (which had said ETA 20 min) before I checked my order and realized I had to go downstairs. Also could not order beverages on the room service website. I had put a note in my order to please call me to advise how to order drinks, with my phone number included. I never received a call. When I went to get my food 45 minutes after I ordered it, they told me what I ordered was actually not available. They said they tried to call me, but it "didn't work". So why not come to my room and let me know? I had to pick something different and come back in 10 minutes. Then they handed the food to me on an open plate, which I had to carry back to my room. I was very disappointed in this service, as the plate was hot and I felt like I was going to drop it while carrying a bunch of other things. When I was done eating, I had to leave the food in a corner of my room, because I knew they were not going to come get it if I left it outside. I just don't think this deserves to be called "room service", and I would have rather eaten in the hotel restaurant if I had known it would be like this.
