When you book a cheap hotel you expect that at least the basic boxes are ticked. Well, they ticked all the basic boxes you need. Also, the hotel is new and modern with large windows, which was very nice. I didn't have any service as it was self-check-in. However, when you look into the details you might find some issues. Water in the sink was going down so slowly that it would take a good 20-30 minutes; vertical surfaces are so dusty you can write on them (e.g. doors); the shower was funny - the shower head is fixed on the other side of the shower instead of next to the glass wall, so water splashes on the toilet and floods half of the bathroom. Also, travelling solo without a laptop, time in the room stopped so that TV would be beneficial for entertainment. Being environmentally friendly is great, but TV sets take much less energy than, for example, floor heating, so I think this is more about reducing investment than keeping the world greener. If I knew, I'd booked something else, but I learned about it at the hotel. Maybe it will work for some, but it didn't for me. Otherwise, it's a nice and comfy place to sleep.
