NEVER AGAIN!!!

I’m sorry to have to leave a review like this but I can honestly say that this was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. It was so bad that I checked out after the first night even though I had already paid for 2 nights. The sidewalks and halls of the property were very sketchy. There was feces (dog or human I’m not sure) on several of the walkways. There was abandoned furniture on the walkways. The hallways and ramps and stairwells leading to the second and third floors were filthy and poorly lit. Sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot and walkways all night. The room had small amounts mold in several areas. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows lumpy. They did not provide a floor towel for the shower/tube so we had to step out onto a tile floor while wet. They also didn’t provide a hand towel for the sink. Only 2 towels and two washcloths. I felt like I was staying at Braidwood Inn from the movie Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. NEVER AGAIN will I even consider staying at any Wyndham property.

Don't fall for the price

Ok, so.....I will never stay here again. You get what you pay for, especially here. Mismatched old furniture. Toilet seat broken. Toilet paper holder broken. Shower dripping. Outside areas littered with garbage. But, I was just in town for one night for a car show and figured I'd only be sleeping there, so big deal, right? Wrong. When I came back for the night to settle in and watch a little need to fall asleep, I couldn't. There was a brand new tv in the room, with plastic still on the screen (the old one was still there as well 🙄). That's fine it's a new tv....too new; no one has set it up and I either had to create an account to watch it, or just not watch. So, no tv. Com one that with people running and screaming until 2am, and I'm just done. Never again

Staff was friendly. Room wasn’t in good shape. Outlet covers missing, tv not mounted even though it had the place on the wall for it. Tub cracked and uneven.

Rooms are Janky

Room was in bad condition- items missing including chairs and wastebins. We found mold on the bathroom ceiling. Also we were told after we got there that it was a "grab and go" breakfast which is granola bars and coffee. We ended up going to Waffle House across the street.

Better Than Park Tower Inn hotel

They did not have continental breakfast as stated on their advertisement. They only provided pop tarts and coffee. Hotel room was clean and comfy. It wasn't a 5 star hotel but was liveable for a couple nights stay. Staff was nice.

Refrigerator leaked awful so couldn’t use and water everywhere. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the sheets had holes and stains. The bed springs were very loud and woke us up. The toilet paper holder was broken so no sanitary place to store. The bathroom floor and shower was dirty. No housekeeping so did not have clean towels the second night

Dont stay here

This place has mold in the floor and ceilings. Our luggage was wet and moldy by morning. Throughout the night our beds, which were not comfortable, and had stained sheets, became damp and smelly.

Cheap, and it shows. Okay to sleep?

Facility is old and feels dated. Rooms were updated in recent years. Mattress had no support. Felt the bar in the supports underneath. Pillows are poor quality too. Bathroom wasn't dirty but felt old and dirty. Vinyl/laminate flooring felt wet from humid surroundings.

Not stayin there again

Walked in smelled a weird smell the coat rack was very rusty and bathroom door knob was loose The towel rack was missing . there was no WiFi there for the Roku tv in the room was worthless. The address for the hotel is wrong on the hotels app it’s actually a mile further down the road Not where I wanted my son for the night but had no choice

The hotel appeared to be in the process of renovating. Our original room had a broken air conditioner that was broken so we were immediately moved. The new room was ok. We had no towels or wash cloths but went to the front desk and was given towels and hand towels. We did not receive any clean towels or wash cloths the rest of stay. The trash was not taken from the room. Not sure house keeping ever came. Didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Could have been better.

Great location but the property needs work

The hotel needs quite a bit of updating to feel comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful but the property is in rough shape. The location is well suited for trips in and around Pigeon Forge.

Room was disgusting dressers were damaged. Said hot tub in description but it was just a garden tub with jets. No blankets on beds. When i went to office to get blankets they gave me 1 for 2 beds. Said they had a shortage on them. Will not stay again. Left 2 days early from trip

Worst hotel state of all time.

The floors were filthy. The hot tub did not work. One of the toilets did not work. The coffee machine was missing. One of the beds was missing a comforter one of the other comforters had a dead bug in it so we couldn’t use it. The microwave was Rusty. The lampshade still had plastic wrap on them that said please remove before use. There was not enough toilet paper and no one came to give fresh towels, fresh bedsheets, or anything during the day. There is a very suspicious and gross looking stain on the couch. All of the desk and table services were sticky and dirty. Our trash cans were never emptied, and they got very full. When I asked the staff for extra blankets, they did not give us any.
