One night stay at Whitehall/Allentown PA location

The staff was wonderful m, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good, but the coffee was weak. The only disappointments were that we specifically booked this hotel because it had a bar and grill on site. We were looking forward to coming back to the hotel for dinner and drinks after our event. We weren’t told, nor was there any information online that the grill was closed due to not having a chef on staff. We were very disappointed but adapted by going to the local diner for dinner and figured we just have drinks back at the hotel after. When we returned we found out that the bartender was a no show/no call and there was no other staff to run the bar so it was closed. Having specifically booking this hotel because of the food/bar on site, it was extremely disappointing that neither was available for our stay! The staff was very apologetic and disappointed themselves but there wasn’t anything they could do to fix the situation.

Excellent overnight facility!

Staff were ALL! exceptionally helpful and courteous! Thay all deserve some k8nd of bonus if they treat all guests with the with the welcoming ura they greeted us with. The room was cozy, but for the life 9f me, i dont understand why lodging facilities don't have small garbage bags in the cans in the rooms! I know all are trying to go 100% eco-friendly, but biodegradable paper bags jave to be available thru some company. And a sanitary liner for the ice bucket would be appreciated. Luckily ive started traveling with one from home. Its not just here either and i rate accordingly and comment on these issues after every stay lately. But the comfort of the room is 10/10, breakfast overall 7/10, staff 15/10. Only stayed 18ish hours so full amenities rating isn't honestly available. If in the area again tho, we will likely stay here again. 😃

Weekend Stay

Hotel was surprisingly comfortable, and pleasing to the eye. My only issue was there is no elevator to get to the 2nd floor.

Nope…

The room was clean but dingy lighting, dark hallways, LOUD guests… It sounded kind of like people were living there. Front desk was out of everything - no extra pillows or blankets for our family of four. Horrible area… makes sense that was so cheap.

Checked in and floor was still wet sink had water on it and hair like it was used to mop floor nice in room coffee set up BUT NO cups no glasses in the bathroom and no wash cloths night stands were filthy still had water rings from previous guest

Average hotel. Nothing fancy

I always check the bed and sheets for bed bugs wherever I go to a hotel. I didn't find any bed bugs but I DID find hair on the pillowcases so that tells me the pillow cases were not changed from the last person in the room. The shower head was leaking and there was mold around the bottom of the shower. It was a quick stop over to go to see the Iron Pigs at Coca Cola Park, but I would never spend more than 1 night there.

The food was ok the bed were very uncomfortable and the thing that the bed was on was very nosey. A leak started in the bathroom the mirror was broken. The room was dirty and the shower was never cleaned

Dirty bathroom

Room itself was clean you can tell they did some upgrades, bathroom had brown stains on the floor, looked like there was mold in the corners in and around the bathtub was dirty.
