I highly recommend! We couldn’t get the tv to come on in our room. I called the front desk and Charles was right on it. He sent help (Maintenance can’t remember his name) bt unfortunately the tv never did work.
Due to the inconvenience not only did he (Charles) transfer us to a new room, it was also an upgrade. The customer service was highly above my expectation, friendly, professional, and welcoming.
I’d definitely stay here again.
Thank you again Charles for outstanding hospitality!!!

Front check in staff were rude and not helpful. For a Marriott property, it was dirty and out of character for the brand. When the reservation made I requested a roll away bed as we were a party of five going on a larger trip and told not a problem. When we checked in, we were told that they don't do roll away beds and treated us horribly. The 5th guest had to sleep on the floor. The positive side: there are food trucks right across the street which were amazing and highly recommended.

The staff are excellent from the valet staff to the front desk staff. All were excellent! The hotel is downtown so outside noise can be loud on the weekends. Hallway carpets need replacing on the 5th floor if they cannot. R cleaned. Otherwise staff made the stay pleasant.

Disappointed that I needed to purchase Starbucks coffee in the lobby after paying a large amount for the room . Feel there should be a choice in the lobby - complimentary and purchase Starbucks . The powdered creamer in the room is poor quality.

This property was not what I would expect from a Marriot hotel. When first checking in, we were given a hard time about being in an accessibility room. This had been the room we were assigned online when booking at the best rate. We had no problem and willingly accepted a different room, but the room we were given smelled of marijuana. When we returned to the hotel lobby to ask for a different room. No apologies were given and we were placed in a room on the first floor next to the elevator with lots of road noise. This room had paint patches on the walls and a blackout curtain that was falling down. In the morning we called ahead for our car in valet with plenty of time to meet our schedule. The car was outside when we arrived but no one was there to get us our keys for several minutes. It was a disappointing stay for a Marriot.
