Not one single member of staff at check-in alerted me to the fact that I needed to register my cars reg plate Im order to park at the hotel. I have ended up receiving two parking tickets because of this. There needs to be clear signage as you check-in, and staff ought to be told to ask “have you arrived in a vehicle? You will need to register the reg plate to avoid a ticket”. To this day, I have no clue how this is done? Is there a machine? Do you give your reg plate at check-in desk? Really poor.
