The person at the reception was so hostile.
He totally refused to accept the booking made on Hotels.com.
He claimed only OYO bookings with 10 digits of confirmation will be accepted.
Hotels.com was not contactable on their customer service number.
OYO could not find my booking since it was booked through Hotels.com.
Overall, a messed up booking and a total sham.
Lost my booking amount and all trust on Hotels.com and OYO teams.
