部屋は広くはないですが、綺麗に清掃されており次回も利用したいホテルです。 少し気になったのは以下2点です。 ルームキー（カード）に貼ってある紙がところどころ破れていた。 21時頃、部屋があるフロアの電気が消えており通路がかなり暗かった。

Good Location!
It was a lovely stay at the hotel. Location is superb, right at the heart of old quarter. We walked to everywhere and no need to take Grab. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is delicious. We enjoyed the stay!

Lovely helpful staff, great breakfast
The staff (especially Binh) were so lovely and helpful with anything that we needed. The breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit and a hot menu with lots of variety. While beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom was a little dated/tired with some brown (mould?) spots in the corners of the shower and bathroom. Location was perfect though, so close to train street and good food everywhere nearby!

The staff go above and beyond! It is a very convenient location, close to everything. The bed and pillows were comfy. We would definitely stay here again. We had breakfast every morning here. You could order off of the menu and there was a buffet of toast and lots of fresh fruit. Very clean.

Bun, staff of the hotel is friendly; courteous and very helpful. The hotel is centrally located and close to shopping; railroad. Almost everything is walkable. The bathroom needs some cleaning especially the tile grouts. Otherwise, acceptable for the price we paid.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. There are some awesome authentic Vietnamese restaurants within 5 minutes from the hotel and there is a Starbucks just round the corner. But the standout thing was the service. Everyone speaks decent English and is super polite.

Presque parfait
Le personnel est très agréable et très serviable. Le chambres sont propres et confortables. Literies en très bon état. Nous avions 2 chambres communicantes avec les enfants et c’était parfait. Seul bémol. Les discussions sur le palier de l’ascenseur et les fermetures des portes sont très bruyants pour les chambres les plus proches.

Great location, cold A/C and nice people.
The people were very helpful and spoke good English. The hotel was perfectly located in the center of everything in Old City. If you are traveling to other destinations, I would handle your own transportation because going through them was a challenge because they use the third party that was absolutely horrible. I would handle those logistics personally the next time. Going to Ninh Binh should have taken two hours, and it took us four hours because the transportation company dropped us off at three separate locations and made us move into different vehicles with different people. We were told it was going to be direct.

A well located hotel for those visiting the old quarter, and very convenient to shops and restaurants. Very nice and helpful operators. They helped us (went down from their reception counter on 1/F) with our luggage while we were getting off the taxi on a busy street. Good suggestions of dinning places and very helpful in answering our queries. Good communication in English. Room size adequate not big, guess this also applies to other hotels in the old quarter (which are packed with low rise buildings). Buffet breakfast including "made to order" menu (which is a rather extensive one). Would stay again.
