By mistake I reserved an handicap Room and or was Véry basic. No bathroom counter, no shampoo, no saop, no coffre maker. IT was clean but not as clean as you would expect. The coffee at breakfast was only warm, not hot.

Hotel was inexpensive...but damn-CLEAN YOUR ROOMS. The old carpeting was stained, looked like it had never been cleaned, there was dust built up on the lamps, the furniture was mish-moshed together and in disrepair, the remote for the TV was absolutely FILTHY (and missing the battery cover), the bathroom floor was sticky, there was a pubic hair on the toilet seat and poop stain in the toilet, a pubic hair in the sink too. The hallway smelled like multiple people had been smoking pot in the rooms for years. I did check the bed before putting ANYTHING down as with the lack of cleanliness, I was also fearful of bed bugs (no bed bugs, mattresses were clean and the sheets were clean at least). I had no other option and I was exhausted after a strenuous 12mile hike, so I stayed. If I had more to spend and wasnt absolutely wiped out, I would have canceled my reservation on sight. The breakfast was pathetic...waffle iron looked like it hadnt been cleaned, coffee smelled like mildew, muffins and bread for toast were stale, there was NO protein...not even yogurt. I will not stay here again. And I strongly recommend that no one else stays here either. Gross.

Needs a face-lift , friendly staff

Hotel needs a face-lift but the bedding and towels were new. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean, but needed a remodel. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

Smells like cat pee, sliding glass door doesnt work, the the outside door never locks, the internet does not work once connected like the server is just not getting enough juice. I was told that the technician on staff was aware of the issue. I have a feeling that this is an everyday issue that the technician on staff is aware of and has no intention of improving. I came here with the understanding that I could at least get on the internet consistently and I have zoom meetings all day tomorrow that I'll have to drive down the road to attend.I WANT A REFUND!!!

If we didn't arrive at midnight after a 6 hour drive we would have absolutely requested a refund and found a new hotel but we were so tired that we didn't have the energy and we just needed to sleep. The staff was very friendly however that was the only good thing. The place was disgusting. I've stayed in $30 motels that were cleaner than this place. There was dried blood on the bathroom door and cakes on hair and stains on the hair dryer. There was just nasty stains and hair all over the place in that room. The TV dresser had a dried syrup substance in there that I'm pretty sure was either dried crack or heroine liquid. The place was so dirty I had to check the mattress for bedbugs and while there didn't appear to be any, the mattress was so stained it looked like it was found on the side of the road. The whole building - including our room was so thick with stale cigarette stench that I had to sleep with the blanket covering my mouth and nose with the blanket to filter some of the smell out and I'm not even the kind of person who has an overly sensitive nose and I can tolerate a little bit of cigarette smell but this was overwhelmingly disgusting/smelly.

Adequate, safe, friendly accommodation.

Place shows its age. Carpets “clean” but grungy. Furniture OK but showing age. Needs renovation. I would stay there again for the price, but I have stayed in places that are much nicer for similar price. No problem regarding safety or other similar needs. Just needs an update.

This place is a sh*t hole! If I could give a minus rating I would. DONT waste your money. It is so dirty and smells awful. Our room looked like a murder had happened and no one ever cleaned it up. Better to just sleep in your car.
