Disenchanted and disgusted
I found my experience to be very disappointing regarding my recent day at days in hotel unfortunately, my experience did not align with the standards. One would expect from the establishment they claim to be newly renovated. The check-in process was frustrating as a front desk. Staff member attempted to shift us from the room we had reserve. It was only as much discussion that I learned the room I had originally booked was without water this crucial information should have been communicated to us from the offset, saving us both time and confusion apartment receiving our sign room. We encountered a truly alarming situation when we opened the door we were shocked to discover somebody was already in the Room, ready to attack us this breach. A safety was not only shocking but put us in immediate danger. additionally, the room we were eventually moved to had an unpleasant odor reminisce of corn ship. Which was quite offputting. This experience left me questioning the quality of the renovation as the state of the rooms did not reflect one expected at the hotel marked newly renovated. I hope this feedback is taking seriously as it reflects a need for better, communication, safety protocol, and claiming the standard to ensure The well-being and satisfaction of your guest in the future
